HexPalette is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use the colors, palettes, code snippets and values generated by the Service freely in your own work.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Color values, conversions, contrast scores and accessibility results are provided for convenience and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify critical results — especially print (CMYK) colors and accessibility compliance — before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HexPalette is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
The HexPalette name, design and original content are the property of HexPalette. Color values themselves are facts and are free to use.
We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
